The BRP Modified Tour is please to announce their tentative 2007 series schedule. This year’s schedule features six confirmed dates which include dates in Pennsylvania, Ohio and a first ever Tour visit to West Virginia. In addition the BRP Modified Tour is in the final stage of securing an additional date in early July as well as the much anticipated series asphalt debut which is tentatively set at the Lake Erie Speedway in mid-September. The Tour Board is continuing to work with several other area facilities to add more dates to the 2007 schedule and the additional dates will be announced in the near future.
Please note that this schedule is a first draft and shouldn’t be taken as the final schedule as more dates will be added.

Thursday, July 12th – Expo Speedway, Cortland, OH
Saturday, July 28th – Tyler County Speedway, Middlebourne, WV
Sunday, August 26th – Eriez Speedway, Erie, PA
Saturday, September 8th – Sharon Speedway, Hartford, OH

The Modified Tour Inc. racing series is a non-profit organization established to give the V-8 Modifieds in the Western Pennsylvania area a chance to compete with one another for a higher purse structure and for a point fund for the races that are run. Started in 1998 by Tim Engles, Lon and Pam Baker and Randy Myers the Modified Tour has had great success at bringing the local cars together at the area racetracks.
